PLUGGED-IN GROUPS & FAMILY SUNDAY
The purpose of the Plugged-In Groups is to create time for those attending Church on the Rock to fellowship outside of weekly services. Our Plugged-In Groups are broken down into four age groups, 18-25 year olds (Young Adults), 26-39 years old (New Group), 40-59 years olds (LIFE Group), and 60 and better (JOY Group). Each group meets every other month and plans a variety of age-appropriate activities.
We implemented Family Sunday, a monthly church-wide fellowship, to encourage our members to fellowship and meet new people as we continue to grow as a church.
YOUNG ADULTS GROUP
The Young Adults Group is for ages 18-30. They have various events every other month including camping, theme park outings, bubble ball tournaments and other exciting competitions.
LIFE GROUP
The LIFE Group is for ages 31-54. They have various events every other month including bowling, cooking competitions, backyard gatherings, sport outings and other fun activities.
JOY GROUP
The JOY Group (Just Older Youth) is for ages 55 and better. They meet every other month to play games, enjoy a meal and get to know one another better.
FAMILY SUNDAY
The first Sunday of every month is Family Sunday at Church on the Rock. We cancel our PM service that Sunday to have a church-wide fellowship with potlucks, games and activities.
